Clinging to the mountain, the village of Salles has a remarkable natural heritage: a Natura 2000 site (Granquet-Pibeste and Soum d’Ech) as well as five natural zones of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest.
It extends from an altitude of 517 m to an altitude of 1881 m and is crossed by numerous small streams, notably the Bergons, which flows into the Gave de Pau.
The village is home to a 14th century Romanesque church and the regional nature reserve of the Pibeste-Aoulhet massif. Hiking trails lead from the village to the Pic du Pibeste and the Col d’Andorre. Here you will have the opportunity to see many birds of prey circling in the blue sky, including the red kite, the local star.
Large and cosy living room with TV, DVD player, PS4, comics, board games, and connected speaker.
Beautiful and large equipped kitchen with view on the mountain.
Fully renovated bathroom with large shower cubicle and double washbasin (separate toilet).
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The “moto” bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a double dressing room, decorated in homage to three great world champions of motogp.
The “bike” bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 (the beds can be moved closer together if necessary), also with a double dressing room, in an atmosphere that pays tribute to the passion for cycling in general. We have attached great importance to the comfort and quality of the bedding: whether in the bedrooms or in the lounge, you will have comfortable mattresses for a restful stay.
